Information we collect
Training registrations collect your name, agency or company, business email address and contact number. Programme briefs can include your contact details, country, destination, arrival and departure dates, adult and child counts, budget and the requirements you choose to provide. Required fields are marked; other information is optional.
Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website. Please avoid including passport details, payment-card information, medical records or unnecessary information about individual travellers in initial enquiries.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare proposals and coordinate requested services. Training registration details allow our team to contact you with training arrangements. We also use necessary technical data for site operation, security and investigating faults.
Where applicable, processing relies on steps taken at your request before a contract, contractual obligations, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services. Where consent is required, we request it separately. Registering for training does not itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable contractual, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking and the records involved. Contact us to request the retention period applicable to your information or deletion where permitted.
Access is restricted to authorised people and services. We use encrypted website connections and protect the registration backend with a server-side secret. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that the law requires.

Children and sensitive information
This website is directed at travel professionals, rather than children. The initial programme brief requests only adult and child counts, not children’s names or individual ages. If further information is needed to arrange a booking, provide it only through an agreed channel and with the authority required by applicable law.
External services and links
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email services and other external websites have their own privacy practices. Our social links are ordinary links rather than embedded social feeds. Their services apply when you choose to visit or use them.
